When working with the finest Ethiopian coffee beans, it’s best to find the right balance between fruity and acidic. Our light roast levels are a little more darker than what you would traditionally find on the market. This allows us to tone down the acidity, which some coffee drinkers find unpleasant, without losing any of the magnificent aroma and flavors.
