Please Note: In order to keep your coffee at peak freshness, all our large orders are roasted and packed after your order is confirmed. Then it approximately takes 7 – 10 business days to go from our roasting house to your doorsteps.

Never wanting to sacrifice quality for convenience, we roast and grind all our beans in small batches so that we always have the freshest coffee in stock. Our Medium-Fine grind coffee is perfect for pour over coffee lovers, espresso enthusiast and drip coffee makers.

When working with the finest Ethiopian coffee beans, it’s best to find the right balance between fruity and acidic. Our light roast levels are a little more darker than what you would traditionally find on the market. This allows us to tone down the acidity, which some coffee drinkers find unpleasant, without losing any of the magnificent aroma and flavors.
